BAND APP // Build your own Yearbookpalooza schedule in the Band App! Pick from your choice of classes throughout the workshop taught by the best reps, advisers, and yearbook professionals from across the country. There is something for everyone including new advisers, experienced advisers and staffers of all levels.

MONDAY

  • WORKSHOP CHECK IN // July 14, 1-2 p.m. on the mezzanine level of The Florida Hotel and Conference Center. Arrive early to have your STAFF GROUP PICS taken, starting at 12:30. The OPENING SESSION begins at 2 p.m.

  • OUTFIT OF THE DAY // Monday is School or Staff Spirit Day! Wear staff t-shirts or represent your school colors!

  • PALOOZA AFTER HOURS // Put on your holiday PJ’s, grab some friends and have a blast in our photo scavenger hunt snapping candid moments with your squad followed by our Christmas in July movie night!

TUESDAY

  • OUTFIT OF THE DAY // Tuesday is Yearbookpalooza T-Shirt Day. Everyone will receive a shirt with their registration. Want more merch? Our Palooza Merch Store is launching soon!

  • PALOOZA AFTER HOURS // Participate in the 31st Annual Yearbookpalooza Talent Show! Each school can show off an array of talent from singing to dance routines accompanied by your own G-rated music and props. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be announced at the closing session. After the talent show, get ready to dance with your headphones during our Silent Disco.

WEDNESDAY

  • OUTFIT OF THE DAY // Wednesday, Color Spirit Wars is BACK! Go all out with your area’s colors and rep your rep! A prize will be given to the rep(s) with the winning Rep Territory. The 2024 winners were Teenie & Jean’s BLUE team.

  • Michael = RED

  • Vicky, Jose & Ashley = YELLOW

  • Michelle & Katy = PINK

  • Morgan, Maddie & Cam = GREEN

  • Jen = PURPLE

  • Teenie & Jean = BLUE

  • Non-Florida Schools/People = TIE DYE

The CLOSING will be July 16 from 12:00-12:45 p.m.

Want to Get INVOLVED?

ROADIES // If you are graduating in 2025 but would like to attend Yearbookpalooza, we accept Roadies each year. In addition to helping run the workshop, Roadies have the option to teach classes and lead roundtables. Fill out the ROADIE APPLICATION HERE to be considered. Applications are due no later than May 20!

TEACH AT PALOOZA // Are you a yearbook adviser who would like to teach at Palooza 2025? Our SPEAKER FORM is open! Please CLICK HERE to submit your proposed class topics. We also consider editor-led sessions (with or without an adviser as co-teacher). Forms are due no later than April 1.
