COST
The nightly cost is $162 ($132 + $12 hotel service fee + 12.5% tax).
Rooms can hold up to four people.
If your school is tax exempt and you pay with a school check or credit card, you will not pay tax on your rooms.
You must provide a copy of your school’s tax exemption certificate to the hotel. Use the fillable form above.
Tax-exempt rate: $144 per night
Group rate valid: July 9–18 (come early or stay later!)

GUARANTEE & CANCELLATIONS
All reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night deposit of $162.
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.
If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, or for no-shows, the hotel will charge for the first night’s room and tax.

OTHER INFORMATION
Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in (before noon): $50 (based on availability)
Late check-out after 11 a.m.: Charged a full night’s room, service fee, and tax
Guests must present a valid ID at check-in.
Room and tax will be fully charged at check-in.
No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.
We have turned off incidental charges for teachers and students, so you do not have to present a credit or debit card when you check in.
If you choose to allow incidentals:
A valid credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in.
Cards are authorized for $50 (funds released upon checkout).
Debit cards may take up to 10 business days for funds to be released after checkout.
