In 2024, we celebrate the rebranding of Herff Jones Yearbooks to Varsity Yearbook.
We also celebrate the 30th anniversary of Yearbookpalooza… 30 years of teaching, motivating and having fun.
Yearbookpalooza is simply the way to get a jump-start on your year(book).

LINKS BELOW: All schools should fill out the Workshop Registration. If you are staying at the hotel, you need to fill out the Hotel Registration Request Form. All students’ parents must fill out the Parent Permission Form. New advisers may choose to attend the optional New Adviser Bootcamp. ROADIES (graduating in 2024 and wanting an internship) fill out the Roadie Application.
NEW THIS YEAR - Registration will end on July 8, one week prior to the workshop. The workshop is also limited to the first 500 to register and pay.
The HOTEL REGISTRATION REQUEST FORM below if a fillable form. However, you will need to print it, sign it, mark the male or female box for rooms, and either email or mail it to the hotel, with a copy of your tax exempt certificate. It’s the only form that will need to be printed and emailed/mailed.
